What is Bet Request?

A service that allows customers to create their own unique bet or bet on markets created by other customers.

How do I make a Bet Request?

Log into your account, and navigate to your chosen match. Then select Specials tab and click Request your bet within the blue ribbon. This will open our Bet Request form, where you simply need to type the details of your unique bet.

How do I know when my Bet Request is available?

You will be contacted via email from our Customer Support team when your bet is available. If this bet is already on site you will be directed to the Bet Builder section where you can select the bet.

Where do I find my Bet Request on site?

Your Bet Request will be available on the Event selected, within the Specials tab.

Can I Cash Out on my Bet Request?

Cash Out is not available on Bet Requests.

What sports can I make a Bet Request?

Bet Request is available on Football Events only.
