A cool-off period is a responsible gambling tool allowing you to take a break from betting by preventing access to your account.

How long can I set a cool-off for?
You can set a cool-off at any time for periods ranging from 24 hours up to six weeks.
How do I set a cool-off?
- Go to > Bet responsibly > Suspend account > Account cool-off
- Select a time period from the drop-down menu
- Click 'Continue'
- Click the 'Confirm' button on the next screen to activate the cool-off
Once a cool-off is confirmed, it cannot be overridden or removed until the selected time period has passed, so please be sure to select the cool-off you're happy with.
How do I keep track of when the cool-off ends?
If you attempt to log in before the end date of the cool-off, access will be denied and a pop-up message will appear prompting you to contact us for assistance. Our customer support team will be happy to confirm when your cool-off ends.
What happens at the end of the cool-off?
Your account will automatically reactivate when the cool-off period expires. At this point your marketing preferences will revert back to what was selected previously. After this time you will be able to log back in and access your account as normal.
What should I do if I want a longer break?
