Want to take a break from betting?
You can use our cool-off tool to prevent access to your account. The period you set can vary from one day up to six weeks and can be put in place by clicking here.
Please note that we can't remove a cool-off for you before it expires. But once it does, you can access your account as normal.

Email responses can take up to 24 hours, so please get in touch via phone or live chat if you require an immediate closure. If you want an instant block from betting, you can set a cool-off period on your account while you await the closure.
Although, if you wish to take an extended break from betting with us, you can request to exclude access to your account under our self-exclusion policy. You can self-exclude and close your account from a minimum of six months up to five years.
