But certain card providers can consider a deposit as a type of cash advance payment, which means a fee will be applied by the provider themselves. When this occurs, it is out of our control and the fee taken goes to the card provider rather than us.
Can I get a refund if a fee is taken?
As any fee taken by your provider is out of our control. we're unable to refund any charges. For further advice, we recommend you speak directly with your card provider. But we're always happy to provide you with any information required to help when contacting them, such as your deposit history.
