To view your withdrawal history, navigate to > History > Transaction history. Each withdrawal will have 'Pending' or 'Confirmed' next to it, both are explained below:
Please note that once you’ve asked for a withdrawal from your account we are unable to reverse your request, no matter where the withdrawal is in the withdrawal process.
When you request a withdrawal, the funds will leave your account balance and the transaction will show as 'Pending'. From there it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be released from our systems and be transferred to the systems of your payment provider.
Once the money has been sent, the transaction shows as Confirmed.
Debit card payments will typically take 1-3 working days for a bank to clear the funds.
