What devices and operating systems are supported for live streaming?

Settings > General > Software update

Please be aware that your device needs to be running iOS 15 or higher for live streaming.

If you can see an update notification, simply follow the prompt. If not, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions to update your device.

Settings > About device > Scheduled software updates

Please be aware that your device needs to be running version 6.0 or higher (9.0 if streaming via browser).

Apple iPhones and iPads

• Devices with Apple iOS 15 and higher 

Android phones and tablets

• Streaming via the app - Android version 6.0 and higher
• Streaming via browser -  Android version 9.0 and higher

• Android devices (mobiles and tablets) running below version 6.0
• iPhones released before the iPhone 6
• Windows phones running version 8 or below

In some instances, it may be that your device needs to be replaced with a newer model.
