What happens to my bet if there's a postponement/rain delay? When there’s a delay for rain or any other reason, settlement rules can vary from sport to sport. Below, we explain how bets placed on some of the more popular sports are settled under these circumstances. Cricket When a match is rain delayed, all match betting is settled in line with the official competition rules, unless otherwise specified at the time you make your bet. Tennis If a match is rain delayed, bets stand and will be settled on the official result should play commence. Football If the start of the game is delayed or the game is abandoned, bets will stand providing the game is completed on the same date (local time). Golf If the start of a round is delayed, or if play during a round is suspended, all pending bets will remain valid for 48 hours. If the postponement lasts more than 48 hours, all pending bets will be cancelled and stakes will be refunded. If you need assistance, please click here to see our contact details.
