eSports General rules Official Results - All E-Sports bets will be settled on the official results as declared by the official organisers, administrator, or governing body of the specified competition. All decisions of the relevant E-Sports officials stand. Match period Handicap, Money Line and Over/Under markets use Maps won as scoring units. In the event of the number of maps changing in a match, all bets will be void except for match bets, provided an official result is provided by designated officials of the match, In the event the statutory number of maps/rounds/games is changed or differs from those offered for betting purposes, then all bets will be void unless settlement is already determined or unless otherwise stated. If a match is not played or is postponed, bets on it will be void, unless it is played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time. If a player/team plays with a misspelt nickname or with a smurf account, the result and the bets are still valid, unless it is clear that this is not the player/team that was supposed to play that match. If a player/team is given a walkover for at least one game/map/round before the match starts, all bets will be void. If a match takes place before the scheduled start time/date, then all bets placed after the actual start time will be void. All bets placed before the actual start time will stand. If a match, game, or map is not completed, all bets will be voided except those bets on completed matches or maps which will stand. An exception will be made when a player/team is disqualified, in which case the team awarded the victory according to the official for the competition will be settled as the winner. E-Sports events will have differing match formats depending on the competition and league. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to understand the formatting of a match before placing a bet. In a match or map where one team or competitor starts with an advantage of one or more maps awarded due to the formatting of the tournament (for example due to one team coming from the upper bracket in a double elimination format), the match line will include the given advantage. If the advantage starts at 1-0, then map offering will start at map 2, if the advantage starts at 2-0, then map offering will start at map 3 and so on. If the advantage results from a walkover/default win awarded by an admin decision, this does not apply. Player and Team Changes - If an E-sport team name changes (usually, but not limited to, sponsorship changes) but the roster remains the same, all bets will stand. If there is a replacement player or substitute player for any team in an E-Sports match, all bets will stand. Any overtime or other tie breaker method used is considered valid when determining results. If a match or map is replayed, all live betting on the original match or map will be voided. If a tournament is not completed, all outright bets will be voided. Tournament rules Outright Predict which player/team will win the specified tournament outright. Finalist Predict which player/team will make the final of the specified tournament. Group winner Predict which player/team will place first the specified group. Game rules Counter-Strike Global offensive (CS:GO) Where a match goes to overtime, this will be included in settlement of markets. If at least five rounds of a map are played with fewer than 10 competitors, all bets on the map will be void. FT Winner (aka Winner) Predict which player/team will win the match (map/round if specified in the title). If a match or map begins but it is not completed, all bets will be void. An exception is made when player gets disqualified, in which case the player/team awarded the victory according to an official source for the competition will be settled as a winner. If the scheduled number of rounds/maps is changed, bets on winner are still considered valid. FT Spread (aka Handicap) Predict which player/team will win once a handicap has been applied. Handicap markets are determined based on the league in which they are played. In Counter Strike Global Offensive these are maps, in other leagues or competitions these may be rounds/games. The settlement is based on the final score (maps/rounds won by each team) with the given handicap (spread) applied. If the match is not completed for any reason or scheduled number of maps/rounds is changed after this market has been offered, bets on the handicap will be void. Totals Predict whether a player/team/match will have over or under the specified amount of games/maps/rounds in a stated game. If the match is not completed for any reason or scheduled number of maps/rounds is changed after this market has been offered, bets on totals will be void. Head-to-head Predict which player/team will progress further in the tournament than the other. If both players/teams are eliminated at the same stage, bets will be made void. Map winner Predict which team will win the specified map. In the event of a map starting but not being completed, bets will be made void. Map first blood Predict which player/team will score the first kill on the map. Only kills made by the opposing player/team will count for such bets. Kills made by other means, such as minions or towers, will not apply. Map race to 10 kills Predict which player/team will score 10 kills first on the map. Only kills made by the opposing player/team will count. Kills made by other means such as minions or towers, will not apply. Map total kills Predict whether the total kills in a stated map/round will be over or under a specified figure. All kills (by any means) will apply for such bets. Total kills handicap Predict which player/team will have the most kills once a handicap has been applied. Only kills made by the opposing team will count for such bets. Kills made by other means such as minions or towers, will not apply. Glossary Term Description Bet(s)/betting means each bet placed by you using your account and accepted by us via our app/website. The term ‘betting’ shall be construed accordingly. Settle means the outcome of any bet, including (if applicable) us paying winnings into your account balance if a bet settles in your favour. The terms ‘settled’, ‘settles’ and ‘settlement’ shall be construed accordingly. Void means where a benefit or action of your account is made null and void by us. This includes but is not limited to when a bet is cancelled following acceptance, where winnings are cancelled following settlement, or where a reward or bonus is cancelled at any time, in all such circumstances for any valid reason as specifically set out in any game terms or the sport rules.
