Winter Sports General rules All bets are settled according to the official results of the winter sports federation(s) governing the relevant race or event, even if not all the scheduled events are held. Bets will be settled according to the official result declared after the race or event has finished. Any later appeals and disqualifications will not affect bets. If an event does not take place as scheduled, all bets are void . An exception is made if either the incorrect start time is announced on our website or if the postponement is due to weather conditions. If an event is abandoned or suspended and not staged within thirty-six (36) hours and on the same field/track, all bets are void. There is an exception to the above rule for Winter Olympic events. Bets on any participant taking part in qualifying for a specified event but failing to qualify for the main round(s) will be classed as losers. Dead heat rules apply (see betting rules). Game rules Head-to-head Predict which participant will finish higher in the given match-up. Both participants must start the event for bets to stand. If both don’t finish the event, bets will be void unless it is a multistage event. In that case, the player that completes the later stage will be settled as a winner. Example: If Player A withdraws or gets disqualified in the first round but Player B finishes it, Player B will be the winner of the head-to-head bet. Outright winner Predict the winner of the stage, race or event (it will be specified in the name of the outright). If the participant does not start the official event, bets will be void. Podium position Predict if a participant will finish on the podium (first, second or third place). If the participant does not start the official event, bets will be void.
