Clearing cache on my device

Clearing your cache can help resolve loading or formatting issues on websites and apps. Choose your device below for step-by-step instructions.

Desktop / Browsers

Google Chrome
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select More tools → Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose a time range (e.g. “All time”).
  5. Check Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the menu (three lines) in the top-right.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Go to Privacy & Security.
  5. Click Clear Data under Cookies and Site Data.
  6. Check Cached Web Content and click Clear.
Safari (Desktop)
  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari → Preferences.
  3. Open Advanced and enable Develop menu.
  4. Click Develop → Empty Caches.
  5. You can also clear history via History → Clear History.

iOS Devices

Safari
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps → Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Confirm.
Chrome (iOS)
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots.
  3. Select History → Delete Browsing Data.
  4. Choose Browsing data.
  5. Select cached images and files.
  6. Tap Delete data.

Android Devices

Chrome (Android)
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots.
  3. Select History → Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose a time range.
  5. Check cached images and files.
  6. Tap Clear data.
Samsung Internet
  1. Open Samsung Internet.
  2. Tap the menu.
  3. Select Settings → Personal browsing data.
  4. Tap Delete browsing data.
  5. Check cached images and files.
  6. Tap Delete data.
