How do I take part?

How do I play?

Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to choose six new squares on the grid the game is
played on. The aim is to choose the squares with matching winning symbols underneath
them.

What can I win?

Within the game, there will be a chart showing the prizes and the number of symbols
required/needed to win each prize. If you do uncover winning symbols, the chart will update
to show how many you have left to collect to win.

How do I play any free spins won?

Any Free Spins won will be added directly to your Account to play (usually automatically but
it can take up to 72 hours). Open the relevant game out of Doubly Bubbly or Secrets of the
Phoenix and the free spins will be waiting for you shortly after you have been notified of your
win.

How do I use the Casino chips won?

Any casino chips won will be automatically credited to the winner’s Account and can be used
on either Evolution Roulette, Evolution Immersive, Roulette Evolution Lightning Roulette or
10p Roulette.
Please note that it might take up to 72 hours for any winnings to be applied to players
account.
Casino chips are valid for use within 28 days.
All free chips must be used in full before any cash winnings are credited to your account
balance. For example, if you have unlocked £6 in free chips and use £5, then you will need
to use the remaining £1 free chip.

I missed a day — can I go back and play it?

No, any missed days are not backdated.

I won free spins but can’t claim them. What do I do?

If you’re having issues claiming free spins, close the game and reopen it. If this doesn’t work,
try clearing the cache and temporary internet files from your device — instructions on how to
do this can be found here. Once you’ve followed these steps, check to make sure you’ve
