Net Deposits & Closed Loop System

Net Deposits refer to the difference between the total amount you’ve deposited and the amount you’ve withdrawn using each individual payment method over the last six months.
You don’t need to calculate this yourself — the withdrawal page will automatically show how much must be withdrawn to each method to meet Net Deposit requirements.

Here’s a quick breakdown:
• If you’ve deposited more than withdrawn using a payment method, you’ll have positive Net Deposits.
• If you’ve withdrawn more than deposited, you’ll have negative Net Deposits.
• If you use multiple payment methods (e.g. a debit card and PayPal), you’ll need to balance all positive Net Deposits across each method before you can withdraw more than you deposited to any of them.

We operate a closed-loop withdrawal system to help protect against card theft and fraud. This means withdrawals must be made back to the same payment method used for deposits.
 

If you’ve deposited more than you’ve withdrawn, you’ll need to withdraw those funds back to that same payment method.

We follow a Closed Loop System for withdrawals to help protect against fraud and card misuse. This means:

• Your withdrawal may be split across multiple payment methods used for previous deposits.
• Funds are first returned to the original payment method(s), based on your Net Deposit balances.

Once all Net Deposits are balanced, any remaining funds can be withdrawn to a method of your choice.

Example Scenario
 

Let’s say you’ve deposited:

• £200 using your Visa card

• £100 via PayPal

Your balance is now £500, and you want to withdraw it:

1. You must first withdraw £100 to PayPal

2. Then, £200 to Visa

3. Once those Net Deposits are balanced, the remaining £200 can be withdrawn to any available method you choose
