Why can't I log in?

Firstly, please check you’ve entered both your username and password correctly. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can find details of how to reset it here. 

If you can't remember the username or email address associated with your account, reach out to our customer support team below.

You may be presented with a captcha challenge during login, if so please follow as instructed onscreen. This will involve ticking a box to proceed.

You may also be presented with an additional visual challenge to select matching images. Once completed you should be able to login using your account credentials as usual

Please note that if you’ve set an account cool-off, you’ll have to wait for it to expire before you can log back in. If you receive a message stating your account is closed, please contact us for more details.
