If deposits have been made on your account without your permission, or made to someone else's LiveScore Bet account using your payment details, please alert us immediately. Please click here to see our contact details.
We also advise you to report the incident and obtain a crime reference number from Action Fraud. Visit https://www.actionfraud.police.uk for further information.
Action Fraud is the UK’s national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime. It’s operated by the City of London Police and works alongside the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.
Should you wish to make a report anonymously, you can call Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040. Further details can be found on their website, as noted above.
After contacting Action Fraud, report the deposits as fraudulent to your bank or payment provider, along with the crime reference number, and they’ll be able to cancel your cards. It will then be the responsibility of your bank or payment provider to contact us. We’ll always happily work with them to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions.
What happens next?
Each investigation is unique and will ultimately be reviewed by your bank or pay provider’s fraud department, so they’ll be the ones to discuss any reimbursement.
I’m not sure if I made the deposits in question. What should I do?
While logged in to your account, you can check your recent transactions by navigating to > History > Transaction history. You can view all your deposit and withdrawal requests from the last 24 hours, last week, last three months or last year, allowing you to compare them to those on your bank statements.
Please note that transaction dates may not tally exactly as your pay provider may take longer to update your bank statement than we do to update your LiveScore Bet account. For example, if you made a deposit on Monday, this may show on your bank statement on Tuesday due to processing times.
If you wish to view transactions from more than a year ago, please email full details of your query to support@livescorebet.com.
