What's a cool-off period?

A cool-off period is a responsible gambling tool that allows you to take a break from betting by temporarily preventing access to your account. Cool‑off periods can be set for durations ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.

Once applied, a cool‑off period cannot be removed or shortened, and access to your account will remain restricted until the selected period has expired.
