Can I have multiple net deposit limits?

When multiple limits are active, the system will apply whichever limit is reached first.

Once you meet any of your set limits, you will not be able to deposit again until that specific limit resets.

For example:

If you set the following limits:

• A £10 Daily Net Deposit Limit
• A £100 Monthly Net Deposit Limit

And you deposit £10 each day for ten consecutive days, you will have met your £100 monthly limit.

As a result, you would be unable to deposit on the 11th day, even though you are within your daily allowance. Deposits would only be possible again when the monthly limit resets at the start of the next calendar month.

Even if you have net winnings over a longer period (such as weekly or monthly), you may still be prevented from depositing if a shorter-term net deposit limit (such as a daily net deposit limit) has been reached.

Example:

• Daily net deposit limit: £20 
• Monthly net deposit limit: £200 

On day one, you deposit £20 and win, increasing your balance to £120. You then withdraw the full amount. Your net deposits will show:

• Daily net deposits: -£100 
• Monthly net deposits: -£100 

When you return on day two, your available net deposit limits will allow:

• Daily net deposit limit remaining: £20 
• Monthly net deposit limit remaining: £300 

This is because the monthly net deposit limit reflects your overall net position (including winnings and withdrawals), allowing for the redepositing of winnings. However, the daily net deposit limit resets independently and only allows up to £20 in net deposits for that day.

Please consider that all daily net deposit limits refresh each new day; all weekly net deposit limits refresh each new Monday; and all monthly net deposit limits refresh on the 1st of each month.
