How do I update my address?

If you've moved house and need to update the address on your account, simply email them to id@livescorebet.com.

To change your address we’ll require an image of a utility bill (electricity, gas or water), council tax bill or bank statement. Please note that any bill used for identification purposes must be dated within the last three months.

You may use your driving license for address verification, provided it has not already been used for date of birth verification. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your picture should clearly display the following details:

• Full name
• Address
• Letterhead/address of the company issuing the bill
• Date (within the last three months)
• You can also take a screenshot of an online bank statement

Once received, we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
