What's a self-exclusion?

On request, you may choose to suspend access to your account through self‑exclusion. This can be an effective way to take a break from gambling, manage spending, regain control of time or finances, support mental wellbeing, or prevent gambling from becoming harmful or problematic.

Self‑exclusion will apply for a minimum period of six months and up to five years. During this time, it will not be possible for you to access this account, or any other account within our network, for any reason.

Any remaining balance on your account(s) will be transferred to your last known payment method, or any other third-party payment method that we make available.
