Why is my deposit not showing on my account? If you’ve made a deposit but the funds are not appearing in your account balance, please try the following steps first: Refresh the page — this ensures your balance is updated in real-time. Do not reattempt the deposit until you’ve refreshed, to avoid duplicate transactions. 3D Secure Authentication Not Completed Many failed deposits are caused by 3D Secure (3DS) authentication not being completed or activated. 3D Secure is a security feature commonly used by your bank or card issuer, and must be approved by you. To resolve this: Contact your bank to enable or complete 3D Secure verification. In many cases, this can also be approved via your banking app. Once 3D Secure is successfully activated, you should be able to deposit without further issues. Has the money left my bank? If the deposit failed due to incomplete authentication, no funds will be taken from your account. In some cases, the amount may appear as pending or temporarily held by your bank, but it will be automatically released. If you continue to experience issues or if funds have been deducted without appearing in your LiveScore Bet balance, please contact customer support for further assistance.
