Why haven't I received my withdrawal? Once a withdrawal has been processed and approved by us, it typically takes 1 to 5 business days to clear into your bank account and appear on your statement. This timeline can vary depending on your payment provider. It’s been more than 5 working days - what should I do? If you haven’t received your funds after 5 full business days, please contact our Support team and provide the following: Full transaction details (including the amount, date of request, and payment method used) An unedited bank statement covering: Up to 3 weeks prior to the transaction date At least 1 week after the withdrawal date Your statement will only be used to assist in resolving the issue and will be handled securely in line with our Privacy Policy. What happens next? Once we receive the requested information, we’ll pass it to our finance team for investigation. They’ll cross-check your deposit and withdrawal records to confirm if a discrepancy exists and work to resolve it. Can I get help from my bank? Yes — while the investigation is ongoing, you may request an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) from us. The ARN helps your bank trace the withdrawal on their end. Be sure to speak to your bank’s Fraud or Payments team (not general customer service), as they will be better equipped to use the ARN. If you need any further assistance, please see our contact details here. Related articles Contact Us - LiveScore Bet UK How long will my withdrawal take? Why can't I make a withdrawal?
