Why can't I make a withdrawal?

If you’ve not received a verification email from us, please check your spam or junk folder as some email providers may automatically redirect it there.

Should this be the case, you’ll see a message on the ‘Withdrawal’ page of your account. We'll also send an email to notify you. As well as needing to verify the date of birth and address of new customers, sometimes we must verify payment methods.

You won’t be able to withdraw to an expired debit card.

If the long number of your debit or credit card remains the same as the expired one, you can update the expiry date by navigating to  > My account > Deposit.

The minimum amount for withdrawals via ‘My account’ is £10. If your balance is less than £10 you will need to contact our customer support team.
