We currently accept debit cards and PayPal as a method of payment, although we may look to add more payment methods in future.
How do I add a new payment method?
To add a new payment method, go to > My account > Deposit, select the payment method you desire and enter the relevant details in the boxes provided.
If you've deposited before and your card's 16-digit number has changed, this is considered to be a new payment method. If just the expiry date (or CV2 number) differs, the details can be updated.
When can I change my payment method?
You can add a new payment method at any time, with no restrictions. For security, withdrawals need to go back to the method used for the most recent deposit.
I've not been able to register a payment method, what should I do?
A payment method may only be registered to one customer account at a time. If you encounter problems depositing after registering your payment method, contact customer support.
How do I update my payment details?
To update the payment method you've registered, go to > My account > Deposit, select the relevant card and click 'Edit'.
Can you remove my payment details?
As an authorised card merchant. we're legally required to keep a record of any and all card transactions we process, including card details, for at least seven years. This is part of our compliance with EU anti-money laundering directives, as well as for auditing purposes.
Please rest assured that your card details are stored securely, in line with EU data protection directives.
However, if you’d like to block the use of any card registered to your account, please contact us and we can do this for you. Please note that we cannot prevent a card being registered, we can only block a card once registered.
