My payment method has changed, how do I update this?

If you’ve been issued a new card (e.g. due to loss, expiry, or a bank update), follow these steps: 1. Register the new payment method: Go to the Deposit tab in your account Select More to add the new card 2. Contact our Live Chat team here: Let them know you’ve added a replacement card Ask for the old card to be removed A short review will be carried out before the old method is removed This step is important to avoid any withdrawal restrictions due to our Net Deposit system.

If you want to remove a payment method that is no longer in use (e.g. the card was lost, expired, stolen, or the account was closed), you’ll need to contact our Live Chat team here and let them know: The reason you’re removing the payment method Whether a replacement has already been added Our support team will conduct a short review and aim to remove the older payment method.

If details on your card (e.g. expiry date) have changed, please note: You can’t update an existing payment method Instead, add the new card as a separate payment method through the Deposit tab Then, contact Live Chat here and ask for the outdated card to be removed
