If you don’t have an account balance, you should be able to add a new payment method to your account. Please see our 'How do I add a new payment method?' FAQ for more information. If you do have an account balance, then you may need to refer to our 'Net Deposit & Closed Loop System' FAQ for more information on where that balance should be withdrawn before you can add a new payment method.
