When can I change my payment method?

Changing your payment method is dependent on your balance in line with our Net Deposits and Closed Loop processes.

If you don’t have an account balance, you should be able to add a new payment method to your account. Please see our 'How do I add a new payment method?' FAQ for more information.

If you do have an account balance, then you may need to refer to our 'Net Deposit & Closed Loop System' FAQ for more information on where that balance should be withdrawn before you can add a new payment method.
