When can I change my payment method?

Changing your payment method is dependent on your balance in line with our Net Deposits and Closed Loop processes.

If you don’t have an account balance, you should be able to add a new payment method to your account. Please see our ‘How do I add a new payment method?’ FAQ for more information.

If you have an account balance, refer to our ‘Net Deposits & Closed Loop System’ FAQ for more information on where to withdraw that balance before adding a new payment method.
